About
We build the proof layer for private reporting
Public companies have a machinery of audit, filing and enforcement that makes their numbers checkable by strangers. Private companies have a PDF and a relationship. Sureshake is the missing middle: a way to publish your own reporting so that anyone who receives it can verify it without trusting you.

What we believe
A financial statement is a claim about the world. Today, most private companies can make that claim but cannot prove it — the recipient's only options are to trust the sender, hire someone to check, or ask for the raw ledger and do the work themselves. All three are expensive, and the third one is the reason diligence takes months.
We think proof should travel with the document. Not a stamp from an intermediary, not a logo on a cover page, but a machine-checkable artifact that anyone holding it can test on their own. That changes who has to do the work: the company publishes once, and every counterparty verifies independently.
How we got here
The founding team spent years on either side of this transaction — closing books that nobody could verify, and underwriting numbers that nobody could check. The same statement pack got rebuilt four times a year for four different parties, and every recipient repeated the diligence the last one had already done.
The three pieces needed to fix it only recently became ordinary: small-company ledgers now live in systems with APIs, reporting standards became machine-readable schemas, and writing a durable integrity record costs cents. Sureshake assembles those into one workflow.
How we work
We build for the operator who has to produce the report, not the executive who presents it. That means the product refuses to publish something that fails the standard, shows the source behind every section, and treats sharing as a separate, revocable decision from publishing.
- Correct before fast
- A package that fails the schema goes back to the operator, never on to a lender.
- No surprises
- Nothing is published, shared, or charged without an explicit action from a person.
- Provenance always
- Every field we draft for you cites where it came from.
Come see whether it holds up.
The fastest way to judge us is to publish one period and hand it to someone who does not trust you yet.
