Sureshake trademarks may not be used without express permission or in any manner that causes confusion or disparages Sureshake. All other trademarks not owned by Sureshake that appear on this Site are the property of their respective owners.

Sureshake grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Sureshake Site. This license does not include: resale or commercial use of the Site or its contents; derivative use of the Site or its contents; use of data mining, robots, or similar tools; or downloading or copying account information.

If you use the Sureshake Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, for restricting access to your computer, and for all activities that occur under your account. Sureshake reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content in its sole discretion.

You may post content as long as it is not illegal or obscene, threatening or defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing intellectual property, does not contain viruses or spam, and is not commercial solicitation.

License grant

By posting content, you grant Sureshake a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content worldwide.

Third party content

Third Party Content is used at your sole risk. Sureshake has not tested or screened Third Party Content and takes no responsibility for it.

The Sureshake Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Sureshake disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Sureshake will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

By visiting the Sureshake Site, you agree that the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Site Terms and any dispute that might arise between you and Sureshake.

Any dispute relating to your visit to the Sureshake Site or services provided by Sureshake in which the aggregate total claim exceeds $7,500 shall be adjudicated in state or federal court in King County, Washington. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
