Reporting they can verify
Sureshake turns your accounting data into a standards-checked financial package with a verifiable integrity record — so lenders, investors and counterparties stop taking your PDFs on faith.
01 · The problem
Every financing request restarts the same loop
- A statement pack is assembled by hand, emailed as a PDF, and re-keyed by whoever received it.
- The recipient cannot tell whether it matches the ledger, so they ask for the ledger.
- Every counterparty repeats the diligence the last one already did.
- Nobody can prove a document is the one that was sent, or that it has not changed since.
02 · How it works
Connect, publish, verify
Connect
Sureshake pulls the period directly from your accounting system, or takes uploaded statements, and normalizes them against a reporting standard.
Publish
You review what goes in, section by section, before anything leaves the workspace. Publishing creates the package and its integrity record together.
Verify
Recipients check the package against that record themselves. No trust in the sender, no call to your controller, no re-keying.
You approve the contents before anyone sees them
Each required section resolves to a source before publishing. The operator sees exactly which sections come from where, and nothing leaves the workspace until every one of them does.

Published once, provable afterwards
Publishing runs the standards check and writes the integrity record together. A lender’s credit team asks about the first; the second is what lets them stop asking.

Reporting stops being a fire drill
After the first run, reporting is a standing surface rather than a project: the next period reuses the source, the review and the recipients.

03 · For capital providers
Diligence that starts from verified numbers
Lenders and investors read every borrower’s period in the same shape, with the source and the integrity record stated on the artifact — so diligence starts at reading the numbers rather than reconciling which PDF is current. Browse the directory.
Why now
Ledgers are already APIs
Small-company books live in systems that can be read directly, without a controller in the middle.
Standards exist to check against
A machine-checkable reporting schema turns “looks right” into pass or fail.
Verification got cheap
An integrity record costs cents to write and seconds to check, by anyone, forever.
Private credit wants proof
More lenders, less patience for unverifiable packets — the diligence burden has to move.
04 · The pilot
What a 30-day pilot looks like
- 01Week oneConnect your accounting system, pick one closed period.
- 02Week twoPublish that period as a verifiable package, with your review.
- 03Week threeSend it to one counterparty and let them verify it themselves.
- 04Week fourDecide together whether it replaces the manual pack.
The ask is one closed period and one counterparty. Nothing is published, shared, or charged until you say so.
Start with one closed period and one counterparty.
Bring the period you already closed. We will have it published and verifiable inside a week.
